Client Support Policy Regarding Faculty/Staff Personal (Home) Machines
Client Support is restricted from working on faculty/staff machines not owned by Stony Brook University. Client Support will provide support for the business and work efforts of University employees. However, any support in this regard will be limited to telephone or remote connection support for only university-supplied software and services connected with the employee's job responsibilities.
