Lotus Notes - Account Information

Faculty and Staff can request a Lotus Notes account online at https://adam.cc.sunysb.edu.

• Once the form is submitted, the Computer Accounts Office will process your request. You will be contacted when the account has been set up and your ID file has been generated.

• Once your account has been setup, go to https://adam.cc.sunysb.edu to download your ID file. You will need your ID file to install Lotus Notes.

Student Staff need to bring their Student ID to one of the following SINC Sites to use the Account Request Terminal:

• Main Library, Room S1460, Phone: 632.9602
• Student Union, Room 080 (Basement), Phone: 632.1673
• Computing Center, Room 138, Phone: 632.8039
• HSC Library, 3rd floor, Phone: 444.3502

Your Notes account will be ready within 24 hours at which point you can download your ID file and set up Notes.
