Lotus Notes - Password Issues
If you forgot your Lotus Notes client password, contact the Computer Accounts Office at Caccount@notes.cc.sunysb.edu or 631-632-8011.
If you forgot your Lotus Notes Internet Password (the one you use to access Notes over the web) you should try to change it first. Click here to find out how. If this doesn't work you can contact the Computer Accounts Office at Caccount@notes.cc.sunysb.edu or 631-632-8011.
If you suspect that someone else has access to your Lotus Notes client password you should change it.
Click File > Security > User Security
Click the Change Password button
Login using your current password again
Enter your new password twice
Click the Generate Password button
Click OK to close each dialog box
