Note: In most cases your Notes Internet password is the same as the Notes password that you use to access Notes from the computer in your office. If at any point you change your Notes password, the Notes Internet password does not automatically change. If you would like to keep your Notes Internet password the same as your new Notes password, or if you just don't remember your internet password you can go to SUNYSB's Address Book and change it. Click here to learn how to change your Notes Internet password.
You may now work in your Mail, Calendar, To Do List and other databases.

The interface will be slightly different than the one you are used to seeing at work. You should however find it fully functional.
If the Security Warning dialog box is displayed you must click “Always trust content from IBM” and then click “Yes”. If you do not click “Yes” you will not have access to all of the functionality in Notes Web mail.
If you have a pop-up blocker installed you may have to select the option to "always allow pop-ups from this site".
If you are prompted to install ActiveX follow the directions to do so.
Remember....you are accessing your Mail database from the Web and therefore the Notes databases that are stored locally on your computer back in the office are not available. For instance, your Notes Archive cannot be accessed from the Web.
Your Personal Address Book and your Personal Journal are also Notes databases that are stored locally on your office computer. You are, however, able to synchronize both of these databases so that you can have access to them on the Web.If you are an experienced Notes user you will have no problem using Notes on the Web. Open the Help database to learn how to use all of the features. It is an excellent resource:
This opens the Help database to a topic related to the function that you are currently working in. You can also press F1 at anytime when you are working in Notes on the Web to open Context Sensitive Help.
